I understand that the fee for each workshop booked is £40.00. By paying the fee in full I have paid a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 50%, and that cancellations 3 days or less before the workshop will incur the full fee.

Booking Terms and Conditions for Moor to Sea Arts Circular Course Workshops*.
1 To guarantee a place on any Circular Course
Workshop the fee must be paid IN FULL at the time of booking. Booking must be made in writing using a Circular Course Booking Form.

Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
3 The fee incorporates a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of
50% per workshop.
4 Cancellations can only be accepted in writing (including email). Cancellations made 3 working days or less before
the date of the workshop will incur the full fee.
5 If for any reason you miss the course, we are unable to refund the fee.
6 You may
Register an Interest in a workshop without paying the fee or a deposit. This will not guarantee you a place. A booking form must completed
and the course fee must be paid in full on arrival, before commencement of the workshop.
7 If you Register an Interest in a workshop
Moor to Sea Arts will contact you should the course become provisionally fully subscribed to allow you opportunity to book and pay
in full at this point, thus reserving a guaranteed place. Failure to respond may result in you not having a place on the workshop.

Cheques are payable to Moor to Sea Arts.
9 You will receive your booking confirmation for Circular Course workshops verbally. Should
you wish to receive confirmation in writing, you must state so in writing at the time of booking and allow at least 3 working days
before the commencement of the workshop.
10 The workshop fee includes all tuition, demonstrations, coffee, tea and biscuits throughout
the day. (Students bring their own art materials and lunch).
11 Moor to Sea Arts reserves the right to cancel this course at their
discretion. In this event as much notice as possible will be given and any course fees paid to us will be refunded in full. Moor to
Sea Arts will not be liable for any additional cost or expense.
12 Personal possessions remain your responsibility throughout the course.
We suggest arranging your own insurance if you are bringing items of particular value.
