1 To reserve a place on any workshop (other than a Circular Course Workshop), send this booking form with a deposit of 25% or £25 (whichever is the greater) per workshop booked to Moor to Sea Arts.

2 The deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due 21 days before the commencement of the workshop.

3 Cheques are payable to 'Moor to Sea Arts'.

4 You will receive a booking confirmation in writing along with, if requested above, information about the materials you need to bring, directions to the venue and information about local accommodation.

5 The course fee includes all tuition, demonstrations, coffee, tea and biscuits throughout the day, and lunch.

6 Cancellations can only be accepted in writing. Cancellations made 21 days or less before the start of the workshop will incur the full fee.

7 If for any reason you miss the course we are unable to refund the fee. In booking you accept these terms.

8 Moor to Sea Arts reserves the right to cancel this course at their discretion. In this event as much notice as possible will be given and any course fees paid to us will be refunded in full. Moor to Sea Arts will not be liable for any additional cost or expense.

9 Personal possessions remain your responsibility throughout the course. We suggest arranging your own insurance if you are bringing items of particular value.

10 Your details will be held on file and may be used to send you information about other courses and exhibitions etc. involving Moor to Sea Arts. Your details will never be passed to a third party. If you do not wish to receive this information please tick the box.
