Many of our workshops take place at Lukesland Gardens, one and a half miles north of Ivybridge on the edge of Dartmoor. The privately owned house is set in 24 acres of beautiful gardens, the latter being open to the public during the spring and autumn, and made freely available for our use during workshops. The converted 'Old Billiard Room', used a a tearoom during garden opening times, makes a very practical, spacious and interesting studio, complete with a patio for outdoor painting and a log fire for those cold winter days.These gardens are well worth a visit in their own right!

Situated on the promenade at the head of the Kingsbridge estuary, Harbour House provides excellent facilities for painting and drawing. On the ground floor is a well appointed gallery which hosts constantly changing exhibitions. The popular vegetarian café serves excellent food. There is a very pretty rear garden, and the venue is just steps away from delightful summer scenes of boats on sparkling water.
