TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MOOR TO SEA ARTS WORKSHOPS AND SUMMER SCHOOL
1 'Moor to Sea Arts Summer School' comprises of four workshops each of one day (10.00 am to 4.30 pm). Participants may book any number of the workshops.
2 To guarantee a place on any Moor to Sea Arts Workshop the fee must be paid IN FULL. Booking must be made in writing using a ‘Summer School Course Booking Form’. This may be completed online or by post.
3 You may provisionally book a workshop without paying the fee. Such provisional booking will be held for up to 7 days, after which time we reserve the right to offer your place to another applicant. Only by sending the full fee for the workshop will your place be guaranteed.
4 If you cancel your booking more than 28 days before the workshop your refund will be subject to a £25 administration fee.
5 Cancellations can only be accepted in writing (including email). Cancellations made 28 working days or less before the date of the workshop will incur the full fee unless a replacement person can be found. Please note the administration fee will still apply if a replacement is found.
6 Places will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
7 Cheques are payable to 'Moor to Sea Arts'. Please contact us if you wish to pay online.
8 You will receive a booking confirmation in writing along with, if requested above, information about the materials you need to bring, directions to the venue and information about local accommodation.
9 The Summer School 2015 workshop fee of £50 per person per workshop includes all tuition, demonstrations, lunch and coffee, tea and biscuits throughout the day.
10 COPYRIGHT Images supplied for use during the workshop are subject to UK copyright laws, and are provided for your reference during the workshop. Paintings made from these images may not be displayed or distributed in any way without the prior consent of the copyright holder.
11 Moor to Sea Arts reserves the right to cancel, move or rearrange a workshop at their discretion. In this unlikely event as much notice as possible will be given and any relevant fees paid to us will be refunded in full or an alternative workshop offered. Moor to Sea Arts will not be liable for any additional cost or expense.
12 We will endeavour to adhere to the student: tutor ratio stated in the course description. However, occasionally a slight increase in student numbers may be necessary. We reserve the right to make this change.
13 Personal possessions remain your responsibility throughout the course. We suggest arranging your own insurance if you are bringing items of particular value.
14 Moor to Sea Arts reserves the right for there to be only one tutor per workshop.
