WHAT TO BRING
As this is our final class this term we would like to round off the term with a session that will bring together and consolidate what we have covered this term. Unusually this means slightly different content for each class. Please make sure you have checked the correct details below :)
TUESDAY MORNING and WEDNESDAY MORNING
You will need:
some nice drawing paper ( any size). Make sure it will take some abuse! ( Verbal if necessary, but at least rubbing out!)
a range of graphite pencils
an eraser
tracing paper, if you have it.
As this is the last session, if you have a painting you would like to complete before the end of term please bring that and associated materials along with you. We will be focussing on the drawing exercises, but will try to get to you to help if we can.
TUESDAY AFTERNOON
You will need:
A nice piece of paper to complete a painting on, no smaller than A4 (larger if possible).
Your painting materials.
If you know how to stretch paper and are able to bring a stretched sheet with you please bring it. If not, don’t worry.

TIP Not all sketches are quick! Sometimes it is wonderful ( and useful) to spend some considerable time drawing the subject. The longer you spend drawing, the more information you take on board, and the more you will remember when you come to start painting.

As you know we like to ensure that current class members have the opportunity to continue our classes before we open booking to the new aspiring watercolourists. You will see that we will be accepting bookings from new people from 7th January. To be sure of your place for next term you may like to book before then. I have set up the website so that as current class members you can book any time from now onwards. When you click on the ‘BOOK NOW’ buttons you should be taken to a passworded page. Copy & paste it if your typing is as bad as mine. You will then have access to the booking system as it was set out this term. I will be removing the password on January 7th, so it will be open to everyone from then.
